    • 2010, 20 children from the Kind Mothers’ Project started school. Equipment was purchased including a computer and jewellery-making tools to assist the project.


    • 2011, craft classes started for the children on the weekends.


    • 2012 AfriBeads purchased sewing machines and the women began learning sewing and dress making.


    • 2013 The Kind Mother’s Project also started renting a shop with a meeting room for the women to gather and do their work.


    • 2015 A group of 8 Australians went with AfriBeads to visit Uganda to work alongside the women and help them develop new skills.


    • 2016 Two of the Ugandan sewers are now attending sewing school, and a new collection of children’s clothes has been launched.


    • 2017 New product lines created including cushion covers
