This Triple Strand Statement paper bead necklace is handmade in Uganda, Africa. Each paper bead is hand-rolled with paper, then painted and sealed, making each necklace a piece of art. The necklace has three strands of medium beads, is clasped and is worn as a classic style, for a statement look. Each necklace includes the name of the woman who made it on the tag, providing a direct personal connection to the maker.

AfriBeads are made by a group of 20 women in Kampala, Uganda. The women make the beads to support their families, providing a solid income and the flexible work that they need.
